Returns & Exchanges

At Bella Rose Quilts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fabric or quilting supplies don't meet your expectations, you can return unused and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your unused fabric and place it in its original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your return package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
